Dabanti is run by Dabanti Inc (Via Narciso Sordo, Italy). By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Dabanti.
Dabanti is in public beta. Features may change and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Dabanti finds job listings, writes AI-assisted cover letters and, when you click Auto Apply on a job, fills in and sends that application for you. Auto Apply sends only what your profile and saved answers say, never creates accounts on other sites, and counts an application as sent only when the employer’s site confirms it.
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
You decide which jobs to apply to: Auto Apply sends an application only when you click it for that job. Auto Apply sends your profile and saved answers in your name, so keep them true and up to date. Employers make their own decisions; Dabanti has no influence over them.
Every application feature is free during the beta. Pro, once it launches, is a monthly subscription sold by our reseller Lemon Squeezy, which takes the payment and handles taxes as the “Merchant of Record”. It renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal and keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Don’t use Dabanti to spam employers, apply with false information, create fake profiles, scrape our data, get around other sites’ rules or anti-spam checks, or break employment law. We may suspend accounts that do. Only add a profile photo of yourself that you have the right to use; we remove photos reported as someone else’s or as inappropriate. Cover letters and answers written by AI are based on your profile. Read them before you rely on them. We can’t guarantee results.
Job listings and employers’ sites belong to others. We aren’t responsible for their content, their availability or how they handle your application.
You can stop using Dabanti and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these Terms, and we’ll tell you why.
Dabanti is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for hiring decisions, missed opportunities or indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.
These Terms are governed by the law of Italy. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
We may update these Terms. We’ll tell you by email about important changes; using Dabanti after they take effect means you accept them.
